Players Club Host (2 Positions Available): A Player Club Host is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with casino guests by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized experiences. This role promotes the Player Club program, assists with enrollments and benefits, and supports player engagement through rewards, events, and promotions. The Host serves as a friendly point of contact, ensuring guests feel valued while driving loyalty and repeat visits.

Customer Service Representative: Be the friendly face of our casino and make a real difference in our guests’ day! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll create a welcoming and fun atmosphere by assisting players, explaining promotions, and ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience.
