As a Drop Team Member, you’ll collect and process cash and ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO) tickets from our gaming machines. You’ll follow clear procedures to ensure everything is handled safely, accurately, and securely.

This role is perfect for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a trusted team. Full training is provided, and structured processes are in place to support your success.

Players Club Host: A Player Club Host is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with casino guests by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized experiences. This role promotes the Player Club program, assists with enrollments and benefits, and supports player engagement through rewards, events, and promotions. The Host serves as a friendly point of contact, ensuring guests feel valued while driving loyalty and repeat visits.

Customer Service Representative: Be the friendly face of our casino and make a real difference in our guests’ day! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll create a welcoming and fun atmosphere by assisting players, explaining promotions, and ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience.

Security Officer: A security officer at a casino is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property. Your duties will include monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling the gaming floor, responding to incidents, and ensuring that rules and regulations are followed.

Surveillance Operator: You will be responsible for monitoring casino activities through surveillance systems to protect guests, employees, and casino assets. This role observes gaming operations, identifies irregular or suspicious activity, and documents incidents while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Surveillance Operators work discreetly and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
