Slot Tech: Responsible for keeping all slot machines running smoothly. They fix malfunctions, install and move machines, update software, and handle issues like bill jams or errors. Slot techs also follow gaming regulations, log repairs, and help ensure machines stay secure, fair, and ready for guests to play.

CSR: Your role will be dual-purposed focused on maximizing machine “up-time” while providing an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for performing minor technical repairs, clearing machine jams, and processing jackpots, all while acting as a helpful and professional ambassador for the casino floor.

Players Club Host (2 Full-Time Available): A Player Club Host is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with casino guests by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized experiences. This role promotes the Player Club program, assists with enrollments and benefits, and supports player engagement through rewards, events, and promotions. The Host serves as a friendly point of contact, ensuring guests feel valued while driving loyalty and repeat visits.

Security Officer (2 Full-Time Available): A security officer at a casino is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property. Your duties will include monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling the gaming floor, responding to incidents, and ensuring that rules and regulations are followed.

Surveillance Operator: You will be responsible for monitoring casino activities through surveillance systems to protect guests, employees, and casino assets. This role observes gaming operations, identifies irregular or suspicious activity, and documents incidents while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Surveillance Operators work discreetly and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Cook (2 Full-Time Available): Do you love creating dishes that make people smile? We’re looking for a passionate Cook to prepare delicious meals for our guests and staff, contributing to the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of our casino.

As a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll help create a comfortable, well-maintained environment for both guests and staff. Supervisor Housekeeping: You will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal throughout the facility. You will balance “the big picture”—like scheduling and inventory—with a “sharp eye for detail” to ensure every room is guest-ready.
